Use of the games
The games are provided free for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that harms performance, or use it for unlawful purposes. Please do not use automated tools to submit or fake scores in challenge links.
Entertainment only: not a medical test
The eye-test and find-the-difference games (Odd One Out, Hidden Objects, Spot the Difference and Colour Plates) are games. They are not medical devices, screening tools or tests. They cannot diagnose, detect or rule out any vision condition, including colour vision deficiency, and a result in these games says nothing about your eyesight. If you have concerns about your vision, consult a qualified eye care professional.
Your profile and data
Your profile is stored in your own browser and can be lost if you clear site data or change device. We cannot recover it. The export code is a convenience, not a guaranteed backup.
No warranty
The site and its games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
